Daily Mail!

Well that could happen regardless if they are an immigrant or not

I would imagine that most surgeons education fees are pretty similar in this country.

I would imagine that that most people aren't chuffed about migrants that come here, as I've said previously though. My biggest annoyance is those that choose benefits. Both British and foreign.

Well the fees between Uni can differ quite dramatically dependant on where you go

Can't disagree with your last statement - the benefit culture is just as bad with Brits as it is with immigrants

It's not right when a single mother with 5 kids and never worked in her life can earn over 30 grand a year and get free/cheap housing

True, although once you've got kids you're sorted. No government is gonna allow the kids to appear to be in 'poverty'!

The problem is certain people are having kids to get money and that money doesn't go to the kids - goes to the Vicki Pollard to dress herself in the latest clothing line

. I certainly agree with the last point made. I work amongst these people day in and day out and believe me they do not miss out on much, they may not have a car, well not until they can get on the diss, but none of them are in poverty. It is time the government got off their back sides and did something about these people. If we can get our own lazy sods off the sofa and into work then there would be less jobs for immigrants so less would come.

As you work with them could you let us know much a single mother with 3 children ( for example ) gets on benefits please ?

We live near affordable housing in a new estate - the family of 6 kids and two adults have a very big 4 bed - 2 cars and don't work a day. They do the bare minimum to satisfy the job seekers allowance

People should be made to do community service to earn benefits - help out councils with lots of tasks needed to be done

Roma aren't a country they are an ethnic group. There may well be some very nice ones but I would not like them to move into my street. Bet you wouldn't either, just take a look at whats going on in Sheffield.

Yes race riots that are being threatened are not very nice at all - all coming from racial hatred towards ethnic groups

Witnessed it in plenty countries around the world.

All depends on area , other benefits claimed , age , plus a lot more criteria

Think job seeker alone is about 80 quid a week - so that's around 4 grand just to look for a job ?

Really thought you were only eligible for 6 months then it went to income based
Contribution-based JSA
You can only get contribution-based JSA for 182 days (approximately 6 months). You may be able to get income-based JSA after this.

Age Weekly amount
16 to 24 £56.80
25 or over £71.70
You could get this if you’ve paid enough Class 1 National Insurance contributions (NICs) in the last 2 tax years.

Why should different areas be any different ?

No idea - just had a look at a site that works out how much you can claim and it appears to differ through councils

Never claimed anything so not sure 100%

Thought benefits came from the Gov , the site I've looked at certainly indicates that. Difficult to put a figure on anything as there is a calculator to work it out for you .
No doubt there are a lot of benefit claimants that play the system but lets not forget those who really do need them and not tar them all with the same brush.

Yes there are people that need benefits and that is what the system is there for

It's a shame that the system is abused by so many

Housing Benefit is, I believe, handled by local Councils.
