Custom fitted Irons

Just got my first custom fitted irons (Taylormade Tour Burner , the American Golf Discount offer) , the clubs are 1/2 longer and grips thicker than standard ( 3 layers of tape). I am certainly striking it better than ever which is great but do you think that i should get my vokey 52 and 60 degree wedges lengthened ? (my chipping with the new PW appears to be better than it was), thanks.
I got £80 trade in for my old irons so £220 for a quality set like that is a real result.

unsure about the wedges but I got the burner plus the other week and traded a set of pings in for them and I think they are the biz, hitting further but not much straighter tbh but like the set. Swapped non-stop for months looking for a decent set and these will be staying

I just got my GW back from the pro; he added 1/2" and re-gripped it.
I love it. It feels a tad heavier, but I'm far more comfy with it.
Considering the vokey SW, but as I don't use it much for full shots, I'm in no hurry

i am currently looking for some new irons and the ones you mentioned on the american golf website look ideal.

did american golf custom fit you or did you take them to your pro after you purchased them?

I've got the TM TP wedges as I wanted something of a similar look and feel to my irons. I love them especially the 52. I went for the 52 and 58 but also acquired a 56 and 60 which I tend to use more in the summer (dropping the 58 so I end up with PW, 52, 56 and 60 and losing the 3 wood to make room)
