Well your 1st post was a cut/paste from elsewhere (admittedly from your own site), right down to the same error. And the 1st post of this thread looks distinctly like the headline/first sentence of a BBC article.
So I can certainly see why someone might wonder why!
Mickelson's implication of 'litigating' team-mates was wrong anyway. And I think Region3 is spot on!

I don't think they'll play together, but not because of the law suit, purely because their previous Ryder Cup record isn't very good.
It was a good idea when McIlroy needed looking after, but I think he's past that now.

I read somewhere that they could play in the Foursomes together.
I don't thing McGinley would have put them out together if there had been a problem,
why would he want to put them in an awkward situation.
I believe they will play together.
I also think Michelson was out of line,it does add spice to what is going to be a great

I reckon this cuts deep and there is no way that Rory and Gmac will be paired. Is or was Gmac a shareholder/owner of the company with which Rory is alledgedly in dispute? There was something strange on the BBC web site with a statement from Gmac saying that Rory had 'outgrown' him so he could not partner him and more! I chuckled when i saw Phil's comments, a nice bit of needle injected. Rory is the star player and world no.1 and currently red hot, so i expect his captain will ask him nicely exactly who he wants to partner.
