Constant refreshing

Hi.
Using Safari on iPhone SE.
Pages keep refreshing every 30 seconds or so. If I'm typing a reply, I lose whatever I'd just typed. It's only started happening in the last week or so.

Constant and if you are replying when it refreshes you lose the text.

Same for me on Safari on the iPhone, Safari on the MacBook Air, no problem...

(Cue a bout of Tourettes shortly as I jinx my own computer... )

Getting this all the time on iPhone and iPad

I've had this exact same problem for ages - for so many months number I can't count em so quite possibly years - on both my iPad and Android Nexus 7. It clears if I clear the cache/history and reboot the device. But it comes back. Don't seem to get it on any Windows device. Don't recall having it in recent days. But it will only be a few days since last time.
