Is anyone else having problems with ClubV1 failing to download Handicap Updates overnight from Scottish Golf? Our last overnight update was a week ago (early hours of 13th Sept).
Also, not all Scores entered into the PSI terminal are being automatically forwarded to Scottish Golf for Handicap record processing & update - many have to be forced through on a "try again" basis.
ClubV1 have logged a Fault ID but have completely failed to provide any update communication. Any request for an update meets with "We are communicating with Scottish Golf in order to help resolve the CDH/WHS syncing issues that have arisen in the past few days. As soon as there’s an update we will contact you via the contact details logged on the support ticket."
Their website has no advisory banner/notice to make Clubs aware there is an issue, & clearly any Club competitions run since Tue 14th will be based on inaccurate Handicaps unless Clubs are aware there is an issue and deals with it themselves. We ran an Open competition & had to individually check over 100 Handicaps on the Scottish Golf CDH Database early on the morning of the competition and manually sync each Player's Handicap to get it up to date on the Club's ClubV1 Players' record. It was only when a visiting competitor in the Open contested the Handicap they had been given because it didn't agree with their Handicap on ClubV1. They then checked their Handicap on the Scottish Golf App & realised their ClubV1 system was out of date. Sounds like its not just our Club that is affected.
