Callaway X18 irons, loved the look of them (saltire on the back was a bonus) lasted 6 months in the bag, just didn't get on. Ping G15 irons lasted 3 months but they were an impulse buy.

Callaway Razr fit extreme 4 wood. Never had a 4 wood and thought it was going to gap my bag perfectly. However it turned out to be short and unforgiving and lasted 2 range sessions and one round before eBay took it!
