hi all,
just wondering who cleans their clubs religiously after each round of golf, or do you just knock that lump of mud off from the last time you played before you play your next shot ???
personally i dont clean my clubs after each round, but i do wipe the club head after each shot.

Wipe after each shot and clean carefully (with warm soapy water and a soft brush) after each round when I get home. It's part of my post golf ritual and I'll often find myself thinking about the shots I played with each club as I clean them. Also religiously clean my shoes as well.

forgot about my shoes, there mingin' :o

I clean the heads after each shot, and then usually once or twice a month clean them properly and clean the grips too.
they always look pristine though, I could never have chunks of mud on them, would feel wrong!!

I keep them clean while playing with a towel and brush and then clean and WD40 them about every two weeks.

Usually clean them before each round I play, but I've not cleaned my Mizzy's since I got them. (only played twice).

I find going to the range helps with the cleaning process. The mats usually hold water, so your club head gets wet. Wipe them when you're done and they get cleaned that way. Two birds, one stone.

I think some people on here have a little dose of OCD!

Wipe each club after each shot, carry a little brush in case grooves need a clean. Apart from that ill clean the heads at max twice a year, dont bother with the grips, I just replace them after 2 year.

And as for cleaning my shoes......as if!! They get a quick clean with the air blower thingy after a round but thats about if for me!!

This is why you look like Compo on the course and I look like Mr Daz.
