Club 2000 Computer Software

Is anyone an expert in using club 2000 software please ?

All we need to do is extract all the email addresses from the club database so we can email them all with a questionnaire etc to reduce our postal costs

Easy.phone club2000 and ask them,it'll take a long time for them to get back to you but they will.....eventually!

Seriously,without sitting in front of it I think it'll be into reports and print off or copy from there.I will have a look tomorrow if you wish and try and help you out.

There is a way of doing it as our Sec used to advertise social events etc. I think it needs setting up by them though. There's always the RTFM method too !!

Overall, crap software. Can't believe they have 70% of the market to be honest.... talk about right time right place. We have just moved to HandicapMaster. Much better program, better reports, half the cost after first year and oh, it works out of the box.

I'm pretty sure you should have an export tool of some sort.
Export to a csv file.
Open in Excel.
Delete everything except the e-mail addresses.
save it
open in notepad and paste into To email box.
