So I have a clicgear cart and a few months back I treated myself to the matching b3 bag.
I noticed the stitching had failed on the ball release pocket so I checked for their uk customer service which is JS international.
A few emails later and I had a new bag sent out to me without fuss and free of charge.
It was heartbreaking having to cut the logos off my old bag but the new one was with me in under 72 hours.
So thumbs up for clicgear and js customer service.
I now have one new bag and another as new with 3 holes in it :)
 
Great service-seems to be the standard from them!
What are you doing with the old bag then? Did they ask you to cut logo's off so no one would know it was Clicgear?
 
They ask you cut the logos out and post hem back with proof of purchase.
I personally would have been happy with them repairing the loose stitch.
Was heartbreaking cutting up a perfectly good bag :(
