Cleaning Golf shoes

I don't at the moment. ive 2 pairs that are on their last legs so just wear those over winter once we get back to full course at least one pair prob the white ones will be in the bin. They just get left in the locker room after Ive played in my shoe cubby.

I clean them with water and a sponge. Dry them off with a towel and then a quick spray and wipe with Auto Glym Tyre Dressing. Though not after every round.

If you're changing shoes in the car park, I guess it doesn't matter much, but I like to have clean(ish) shoes in the changing room at the start of the round.

Each to their own.

Had to put mine in the washing machine yesterday after Saturday round was washed out after 12 holes

Tried drying them in the sun which usually works fine but not this time, the humidity during golf plus the thunderstorm and standing around in them for 90 minutes waiting to see if we'd get back out meant it was like keeping same socks/shoes on for two weeks straight and the stench was a tad overpowering but they smell a whole lot better now

On topic, clean them after every round when cleaning the clubs but I've never tried saddle soap so might give it a go

I just couldn't turn up to play in manky shoes, no different to not washing your shirt between rounds

Religiously clean them and change the studs when req, went and bought a new pack of studs and the bloody shoe stud plastic fixit thingy has sheared. So it don't look like a stud will stay in now. Just like me to sing the praises of the footjoy wet boots and that happens.
