I could be wrong with this but I seem to remember that Margaret Thatcher's government embraced all the main points of Marx's socialist ideals except state banks [ho ho]
Very simplistic OP. The world evolves and changes. I would hate to live in a world where greed rules, the drug dealers, slum landlords and gangsters would be in control.
Capitalism and socialism both have their flaws.....somewhere in between is good.
