Was going to back Slade Steel with the free Skybet £5 bet. Changed my mind at the last minute.

No bet in the Arkle.

Handicap chase I thought was a toss up between the two Bailey horses. Backed the one which fell at the first, the other one won...

Thought it was going to be one of those days but did Skybet State Man/Lossiemouth enhanced double (13/8) to end the day with a small profit.

Not much value around today. Hopefully someone is doing an enhanced double with Ballyburn and El Fabiola. If so, that could be my only bet. Off to give blood this afternoon so not too bothered about not having a bet.

Strange looking day today, no Cross Country and 3 odds on jollies. 3 in the others for me Built by Ballymore (thankfully backed a few days ago before the plunge), Unexpected Party and Yellow Clay

2 races, 2 winners plus a EW on race 2 that came in second...

Decent single wins on Ballyburn and Fact To File. A big double win in the bag and waiting for an even bigger treble with El Fabiolo. Cash in isn't that generous so will let it ride as it's one of the biggest favourites of the week.

Would imagine a load will have El Fabiolo as the final leg of a treble today as they're not particularly attractive (for normal punters) as a single. After yesterday's results the bookies are going to need a strong end to the week if he does go in!
