My friend has just joined a new club and submitted his 3 cards to get his handicap.
He had an official handicap about 5 years ago of 17, but then left his club and hasn't been a member of a club since then.
His 3 cards were one of 17 over (no dbles), and two at 23 over, but both adjusted to 20 over rounding down to dble bogey on a few holes
He's been given a handicap of 15.
How they work that one out then?
