Copy and paste it into a word document and print that

Might also be worth looking at the HP website for any updated drivers/ software for your printer?

I always take printed copies of booking confirmations to away courses and hotels. Strange how everything else prints alright, except for the BRS confirmation

When was the last decade when someone actually looked at your paper copy? ?

You don't need it if it's online.
If necessary just screenshot it.

Harsh, but fair ?. My FiL insists on printing everything still, sometimes 10 odd pages of booking, t & c ?. I've tried explaining but he is old school and thinks it is necessary.

At nearly 74 call me old fashioned, but that's the way i like it, I like toilet paper too even though I have a Japanese smart toilet bidet

I open the email then press the 3 dots at the top r/h then press print or sometimes just right click and print.
As I said everything else prints no problem

Top left on my email page it only says Inbox- Hotmail, probably the free version

Aah. So you're not using Outlook. Sorry, can't help, I don't use Hotmail.

I saved it to documents but still wouldn't print, old dog new tricks me thinks . I emailed it to my PP he printed it no problem, must be the settings on my laptop or printer.
I'll get the one of my great grand kids to fix it next time they visit .

All of a sudden it started printing spouting out 3 lots I now have 9 pages

So, now tell me what you are going to do with all these printed bookings? ?

Cut in squares and use it as toilet roll, just like the old days with the Izal toilet paper, still it's better than using my phone
