My Wife bought me a Ping leather belt about 3 or 4 years ago,and the buckle has snapped where it fits onto the belt.Now i'm well aware that its well out of any warranty or guarantee,but its only been worn a dozen times,and i still have the original box and label.
Would it be worth contacting Ping,to try and get the belt repaired/replaced,or will they tell me where to go ?
When i was using Ping clubs,i always found there customer service second to none.
I did consider buying another buckle,but the buckle is stitched on,and isn't removable like the Adidas belts are.
