British tourists being British tourists

Makes you proud to be British doesn't it?
Of course, they're on holiday and so can't catch anything on holiday. It's like people in holiday resorts cross the road without looking. They can't get run over while they're on holiday.

A British tourist died in Marbella at the weekend after falling off his 7th floor balcony at 2am. Unfortunately he landed on a Spanish local who was sitting outside a cafe, and killed him as well.

Normal service seems to have resumed in the holiday resorts.

There was reports of German tourists acting just the same way which was upsetting both the locals and the German authorities.
Its just too easy to act like a Brit abroad.

Everyone wears a badge that says "I'm from the UK," and "I'm from Germany," and "I'm from Sweden," and ... and... and... the Brits we've experienced in the last week we hadn't identified till they've opened the mouth.

For info, those that are coming down here from Madrid, AND Germany, are behaving in exactly the same way. If you'd seen the beach party footage from Valencia this week you'd realise that the common denominator is age, not nationality.
