Been invited to a wedding in Bristol therefore lloking for suggestions for a hotel (or BandB) for a few nights stay.

TIA.

We've used The Clayton Hotel a number of times. Nice hotel, good location.

Be warned, you wont get a bargain in Bristol in terms of hotels, brace yourself 🫣

City centre registry office.
Dont mind taxi in and out.
Premier inn is £172 + parking
Yep, not cheap in the city. You could look at Clifton area, some nice places around there but probably similar prices. If you want functional, have a look at Aztec West and Hilton Double Tree just off M5 around filton or you can get cheap around Abbey Wood (Travelodge and Premier Inn) but little going on around both these places.

The Aztec looks perfect, just looked at google maps and Filton GC is close ;)

thanks

Couldn’t tell you the first thing about Bristol or pricing or where it’s near or anything but stayed down in the delta Mariott for work, just off motorway, rooms were great, food and brekkie was great and guinness was great.

Guinness for breakfast - and on a work day? Way to go! 🤪

Aztec West is a great little hotel.

And there's a public pay-and-play club literally 5 mins drive away - Woodlands Golf Club. Two great 18 hole golf courses that are well maintained and have some fantastic holes.
