Played here on Friday for my birthday bash and was very much welcomed by members and staff, very friendly club with a fantastic course.

Course was in great condition for this time of the year with the greens being lightning fast which took a while to get used too.

Really recommend it if you're down this way and they do some great deals for groups during the week. Food is tasty too with a good pint of Guinness!!!

Oh, and I won....with 32 points!!!

Played Brett Vale a couple of times cracking course and I'm with you on the greens: caused me all sorts of problems!!!! Keep an eye on the church when its in view any dark clouds over it = rain on the way!!!

Very friendly staff. CK couldn't agree with you more! How did you get on playing Death or Glory (the little par 3)? Last time I played it my wedge took one bounce on the green and went over the back down the slope. Duffed the next chip then hit it over and into one of the bunkers. Stuck in the bunker then chipped back over and down the back. Walked off with an 11. Guess I chose Death!!!!

Good skills!!!

I walked off with a par!!! Wind in my face, between a wedge and a 9...luckily I had a 10. Right in the middle and stayed there! One of the other guys had a birdie but the other two had 6's...some real good holes.

The next hole I had a fight with the big oak tree and lost...
