Belfry Dress Code

Off to the belfry in a couple of weeks for a weekend to play the Brabazon and the PGA. I have had a google to find the on course dress code, it seems pretty standard..tailored shorts or trousers, shirt tucked in ect. It did say no trainers, does anyone know if this applies to trainer style golf shoes??

trainers are trainers; trainer style golf shoes are golf shoes. the Belfry is no different from Wentworth, Gleneagles or Woburn in this regard.
