Had my first ever lesson the other day. Grip, shoulders and arms all good. Posture stance and lower body movement errrr not so good. 
Got me to thinking as I coach another sport and get sick of telling people to go back to basics....grip stance and back swing (cricket) when your game goes wrong how many of u go back to basics or do u carry on and adjust what you think is causing it or Carry on trying to learn to fade or draw the ball while the rest of the game doesn't work??
