For the last 3/4weks I have been suffering from lower back pain and obviously its affecting my swing.
I have rested it all week and done some strecthes every day (lie on back and roll right knee over past left leg). I keep myself fit running 3/4 times a week but I cant seem to shift it.
Anybody got any top tips i.e. Ibuprofen, chiropractor or the obviously rest!!
