Played in Midlands Seniors Championship today and CSS was 75 ( Basic SS 72) , but in the Spring meet CSS was 74 (Basic SS 71 ) and reductions only.

Pretty sure theres 2 distinct levels, 3 over ss and then 3 over ss and RO, can go to 3 over SS but cant go higher so goes RO as well

Both comps seem to be 3 over ss to me but the one is R/O but not the other , what is the difference in the two ?

Ok might have found it the one with R/O had 2% making buffer whilst today had 9% , would that be it ?

I think on it like this 3 over CSS is exactly that and can't go higher but 3 over RO is the equivalent of CSS being 4 over
