As I posted this on another thread and that thread is dying/dead, I'm re-posting...
Sorry, but time is of the essence.

I wanted to get the HT model of the "benny" to use in a half bag in the place of both 12 degree driver and 15 degree 3 wood.

Can't find one anywhere.....I'm I going to have to order one on the 'net???

Does anyone know why benny doesn't exist on the ben sayers website???

I want to know the shaft length and loft....I've tried the 10.5 in a net at AG and it was v.v.good!!

Please help.....I reckon they might be disappearing soon and ben sayers themselves are obviously giving up with this model.....anyone know the inside story???

I've just purchased the 10.5 degree with firm shaft, only used it on a few holes the other Sunday (course was frozen so walked off). Apart from my first tee shot with it (which was a case of me really trying to give it some biscuit rather than attempting to get my timing "right") I was very impressed with it. The clubhead promotes confidence at address, and doesn't seem as deep faced as my MD EQL Driver so you don't appear to have to tee the ball up quite as high, which is something that has always put me off the bigger headed woods. Like you, I couldn't find any information on the "Benny" on the Ben Sayers website, but found that AG had plenty in stock at the superb price of £67.00 during their sale. At that price, I couldn't resist. I can't wait to get out and give it a proper test once the weather improves. Initial impressions are that it will be a permanent weapon in the arsenal.

OK, so the AG website wasn't listing the 10.5 so it's either sold out or temporarily unavailable online. Given that these were listed earlier today, I bought the HT version. This IS the one I wanted, I have a 10 degree driver already.....just thought I'd add another to my collection!!!

Here's hoping it a) arrives and b) isn't wierd in some way. Shame I never got to see the exact model, but hey, the 10.5 was sweet enough for my liking. The 13 (?) HT is a bit of an experiment to play with a light 1/2 set until trolleys come back!!!

Quite chuffed t.b.h.

JUST TO SAY.

benny esq. arrived 4 pm this afternoon.
44 hour from mouse click to door.

Very nice, very shiny, very good!!!

I can confirm it is a 45" shaft (as my Callaway and cut down Ping).

Took it to the range (1 hour of driver only mindless boshing) and it's sweet.

There's a tree at 200 (probably 210 from the far side where I practice) and I was landing in this full toss with range balls on a cold night.

Guessing 215 carry, that might be 225 with
nice new pro v's. Not bad for a high launch 13 degree model....

Molto Bueno, benny......
