Before the Army v Navy match yesterday, a soldier walked into a Twickenham bar and bought 9 pints. 8 for his dead comrades in Afghanistan and 1 for himself; he drank his pint and left the bar, leaving photos of each mate at their glass, how incredibly moving is that? 😢😢😢

Annual Rugby Union Match between Army and Navy, been played since 1907.
It’s been held at Twickenham for the last few years and normally sells out.

Probably the biggest annual reunion event in the UK.

Surely, as an ex Forces guy, you know that the Rugby is secondary (at best)!

As a Vet, it's the whole weekend that matters including the matches that take place at Kneller Hall which it seems is about to turn into a building site.
