You could get them over here a few years ago, not sure of the legality of them. They used to impart an insane amount of spin on the ball, so much so that you couldn't control it.

Heh heh! My mate carried a chipper, someone told him it was illegal because it is double faced, even though he only carries 12 other clubs, so he took an angle grinder to the back of it! Chipper is now unusable and he only carries 12
