Ok, so I have an iPad, and a digital video camera.

I shoot some horror show on the video.

Any one got a scooby as to how I import the file into the iPad? And then into the v1 software? I can get the file onto a memory stick, and have an adaptor for the stick to the iPad, but where do I import the file to?

You'll need to go through iTunes and copy the video across, then it'll sit in your 'photos' section on the iPad.

I've always found the camera on the iPad films a swing well enough. It's not the camera's poor quality that makes my swing look more like a tennis lob shot.

do you have a computer of some sort in the middle? Use Quicktime to import the video from the camera and export it for iPad. Then dump that video file into iTunes to get it synced to your iPad.

Just had a look at iTunes, means nothing to me. How would I 'just dump the file in itunes'?

I really do know nothing about any thing apple.

Chris can you not drag the photo's onto your desktop on your ipad and load them from there , that what my pro does as he uses an ipad to show your swing.

i have the V1 on my i phone great bit of kit for £2.99 ,i can upload from from my videos on my phone .

Sorry mate, I had assumed you were using iTunes on a desktop/laptop rather than the iPad?

I've never transferred from USB directo to iPad, but imagine it's very similar. Once you open iTunes on the iPad with the USB connected, down the left hand side it should recommend the removable device - it's then a case of dragging the file to your photo's section on the left.
