Anyone planning on playing in any Open's this year

Not signed up for any Opens yet but I did put my name down to play at the Grove in September in the "Back on Black" competition. Where the course is set up as Tiger played it on the Sunday when he won the WGC event. I always enjoy playing courses from the back tees, gives you a feel for what the pro's have to face.

I didn't say how well I play when I try it though, did I?

I'll hopefully get to

Millport, for the Cumbrae Cup.
Rothesay, for the Bennie.
Machrihanish for one or two of their opens.
Crieff may be an option.
Royal Aberdeen may also be an option.
Look into Dodgers place as well plus see what else I can possibly enter.

That's a good shout just checked it out on the website and quite appealing.

I've not got any planned this year but if anyone fancies pairing up in an BB open in Cheshire or Lancashire then let me know !!

I'd be up for that mate, once springs here you're more than welcome to round at my place. It's a bit wet in places at the moment but I'm sure come spring it'll be in good nick again.

Would like to play one of the opens at Machrahanish as well, did I remember you organised some shared transport ? It would certainly make it an easier journey.
