Good news Phil, always good to avoid operative treatment if possible! Best of luck with the physio, I've had back manipulation before, it can get quite...erm...close-quarters at times! Hope it's not with a burly physio chap called Nick as mine was

I'm not given to outbursts of gratitude especially when it concerns my little not so chubby brother , Imurg.
But today he came up trumps
Been doing some walking with a Zimmer and as I'm supporting most of the weight through my arms, the handles quickly became slippery and potentially dangerous due to clammy hand syndrome .

Sent him a text at 3 pm today asking if he had a pair of old golf gloves he could donate to the cause , he turns up at 4 with his unused pair of winter gloves that were a freebee from Callaway when he had his Big Bertha fitting last year.

They work perfectly , got a good grip and that helps with confidence, the nurses have christened them my "go faster gloves"

So a public thank you is in order........even if they are black
