Take place between Jan and Match

No way to tell if you will come down or not

If you have already had a significant reduction then possibly not or the committee could decide it's not enough

Would that not depend on how early in the year the ESR kicked in and how many subsequent good rounds he's had.

Agreed - he could have been buffering like mad since his last ESR.
