Mr McArthur, you sir, are a genius!!!
Your V-Easy has, to all intents and purposes, rectified my slice!!
I thought my wrists were quiet through my take away, turns out they weren't. I was rolling them fractionally open through the backswing and not returning them square through imapct.
I noticed that half way through my back swing the toe of the driver was pointing to about 11/12 o'Clock
I thought, well the V-Easy has helped my putting, with regards to quiet hands, what do I have to lose?
Turns out nothing and only gain.
The toe of my driver now aims to about 10 o'Clock and mirrors, pretty closely the angle of my spine (I have no idea if this is good or not
).
Played with a friend Sunday, while following a club comp round and hit a drive up the 10th past the longest drive marker for the comp and GPS's it to 255 yards (Short I know
).
Also found the fairway with every drive, except one, but that one was definatley user error :smirk:
Again, thanks very much for showing me where I've been going wrong, however indirectly and giving me confidence to pull the driver and hit it how I imagine.
You really are a star
