Abnormal ground conditions in a bunker

What about if the rain has washed away sand and the base layer of the bunker is exposed? This happens at our course on a few.

I guess it still isn't classified as AGC unless declared as GUR by the committee.

I'm pretty sure that's why those clubs that have the LR about 'rivulets' have it.

Serious damage to the structure of the bunker can be caused by whacking away at the base layer!

Still only a drop in the bunker, as per semi-flooded one, though.

If by 'the base layer' you mean the membrane, then that is an Immovable Obstruction and relief is available under 24-2b.
