Dreading it,😃 2 weeks of no running/swimming etc, haven't eaten badly and only a few nights on the Ale, weigh in friday and back to trg full time from monday.Weigh in for January over the next couple of days hopefully we all have not gone overboard this xmas.
I should be a lower body fat than before even though I had a couple of dodgy days but generally kept to my plan.
How has everyone else coped with xmas temtations?
