A useful video on Body Swing connection-Titleist

I've looked at the site now, loads of info there, I'd like to cut to the chase now ie what are the 'fixes' for hips or ankles or sternum etc that cant turn seperately or as efficiently as they should?

Watched it now and WOW! Just WOW! The relation in the chain breaking down makes so much sense especially to anyone thats raced on a track, miss the racing line on corner 1 and you're out for at least the next 2 lines!

I knew I had to get fitter and this shows what parts and why.

Darth,a word of warning.
I suffered a back injury (disc) about 4 years ago.I stopped playing golf for over 3 years untill earlier this summer.During that time,i decided to improve my fitness and flexibilty.I went to the gym,ran every evening after work,i also practiced lots of so called "golf flexibility" exercises. After watching the video and trying some of the exercises on there,it was immediately obvious that i'm not very flexible at all (golf swing wise) and my fitness and stretching regime has actually made me less flexible !!!

Just been in contact with one of the physios listed on the MyTPI website. For a very reasonable charge they do a full fit for golf assessment, and can design an exercise programme to help you recover your flexibility and stability.

Did you follow up? Whats a reasonable cost and what's the process?

Nice one, and thanks for sharing.
Going to look at the mytpi website to get some flexability tips,as someone mentioned earlier i always thought i was quite flexable.....not any more!
