A better warm-up routine?

I shudder to think what damage I'd do to myself if I tried!

I'll limit myself to a couple of bends and 'Cat stretches'!

I had trouble with tees falling out my pockets so I stopped doing it a couple of years ago.

Long and tight! Needs very good club management as you just can't overpower it. Some long par fours require very good shot shaping if you're a long hitter and want to hit the greens in two. Minor criticism is some long walk between holes. Overall, looks a very nice tricky course but obviously our day was masked by uber rain.

When I played there (5 weeks ago) I didnt find it tight, as for the length its quite linksy so lots of run. Good course though and great practice facilities and fantastic range balls

I would need an extensive warm up routine to even think about that as a warm up routine!

I'd fail at the first attempt, be in traction for months. I do stretch more and more as I get older and always try and hit a few balls before I play.
