I was told a plane had crashed into the world trade canter and had absolutely no idea what the world trade center was

Was in front of the tele when the 2nd plane came in.

In this circumstance no death should be any more significant than any other, but watching those people jumping was just harrowing. There was one businessman trying to climb down from one window to the window/floor below.... and he slipped, so sad :angry:

A work colleague and I were at the top of one of the towers a year before - almost to the day.

It does make you think a bit about how it could quite easily have been you, a relative, a friend that died that day.

That morning I was at the office in Winnersh , people huddled around a computer watching it unfold. It was very surreal.
