I still can't get past the fact that a University offers a golf science course! Surely it's a case of 'put white ball on wooden peg, hit it with a long club made of titanium / steel, walk to where it is, hit it with another steel club towards target, walk to where it is hit again, and as many times again as you get it into a small hole. Repeat for 18 holes'. Where's the science in that?!!! 
And then ask the No1 Golf Magazine in the country to do all the running for you for your dissertation / course work so you can sleep off the effects of the cheap cider in the Student Union!!!

Its really useful info for us and it helps out the lad from Lincoln Uni (a GM reader) in his coursework.
