36 Hole Comp Cut or not!

Played in a 36 hole today and whilst I had 0.1 back for the morning could not play in afternoon because I had abad back. Had signed in for both comps.

Should I be cut for p.m by 0.1.

I advised someone at the Club before I left

As you didn't hit a ball off the first I can't see how it'll count as an NR. My understanding was you had to have played at least one shot. Withdrawing is just that

I think you probably will get a .1 back for the afternoon.
YOu've entered and signed in but not returned a card so effectively you've NR'd.

Bad luck on the back - hope it eases soon.

As Homer says if you withdrew you shouldn't go up .1 for the second round as long as you told a club official that you were withdrawing through injury.

The software may be configured to automatically NR any non returned cards so you may see a 0.1 increase for the afternoon round. You need to have a word with the sec cand get him to manually amend your record as you clearly shouldn't go up for not playing.
