The trousers are likely to hide all the leg and knee straps these boys are wearing.

A long career with bodies being held together for some.

Yeah shock horror you never see a strapped up leg on display in other sports

Genuinely dont get why people care what golfers legs look like. Imagine the uproar if people made negative comments about women golfers legs....................

Fair play to Ogletree, now two wins in four months over on the Asian Tour.
Ironically the 'European Tour' were playing in Asia, and the Asian Tour weren't 😂
Larger purse for the Asian Tour, but more owgr points for the DPWT.

Got to love the 10th at Riviera. Wouldnt want want to play it mind lol, put me down for a 10 ;)

Great hole. It's fair enough that on the tee the pros are all going for birdie or even eagle, but it goes wrong when they get out of position and still try and chase birdie.

I resckon I would be ok playing the hole, because I would be happy with a par, and wouldn't try to approach the right half of the green.

Yeh, I’d be the same. Sounds easy on paper, lay up short of the fairway bunkers, shortish iron to the front of the green, 2-3 putts, run!

Lol 4 or 5 hero attempts before trying to take my medicine for me

Almost a quarter of the way through the new PGAT elevated/designated events, how's it looking so far?

Seem pretty successful to date, high quality winners. Rahm of course is European, & IMO has come out well in recent times by avoiding the badmouthing that others have been drawn into.

Something I only recently realised was that 2 of these events are the week after a major - the Masters & US Open (for this year anyway)

To go a bit vulgar for a 'mo, the 2023 major purses are not yet known but below are the 2022.

Know most of spectators/fans will be more romantic about the history etc., but we don't really know how all the pros think.

Say, US Open - tough course setup, tough field.
Travelers - easier course setup, potentially slightly easier field, potentially more wonga on offer...... hmm 🤔

Major Purse $
Masters Tournament 15,000,000
PGA Championship 15,000,000
U.S. Open 17,500,000
Open Championship 14,000,000

Interesting times...

Apols, I copied you here :-)
Paul Casey leading if anyone cares about the golf
Yes he bounced back very well after the double bogey. Seems the type of course where it is difficult not to have a problem off the tee somewhere. Phil looked surprisingly good for a while before fading, same for Bryson.
I have a few shekels on Ortiz though.

The course for the Indian Open looks quite brutal. Long grasses & thick shrubbery just off the fairways & greens, plus quite a few tricky carries over water. Could see us mere mortals taking a very long time to get round this course! Olesen coming through nicely, back to back wins? Proper Golf here!
