Get well soon Brian, Chris, Steve, Richard and especially Nick! Cancer is bad but nothing worse than a hangover :(

I'm no better lol.
Haven't played for over two months due to a bad back and what we think is a frozen shoulder. Still waiting for referral seven weeks after seeing the doc.
Seriously thinking of going private, but don't have unlimited funds :(

Anyway, my aim is to get fit again, simple as that.

Good luck to all of those dealing with ongoing health issues and hope the treatment and prognosis in 2018 is positive. To anybody that had a tricky 2017 I hope this year brings a change in fortunes for the better

Cut the end of my finger 3 days ago on the foil wrapping getting an anti sickness tablet out of its packaging. The cut won’t heal now as my immune system is shot.

Good health to everyone, hope you recover and get plenty of golf in.

My aim for first part of 2018 is get back to sub 10% bodyfat at 80kg. Gym, exercise and no fruit/sugar/alcohol or carbs!

10% body fat? I'm probably about 10% body and 90% fat now 😂

Get well soon Brian, Chris, Steve.

Puts anything else into a minor goal for 2018.

by Q2 working a 4 day week...and hopefully a long unpaid leave break in H2 so that Mrs Hogan and I can head off to South America for a few months...because living with the fear of BC recurrence is an everyday thing - despite the stats.

To both Hobbit and chrisd.......Sorry to hear about your news on the medical front but please keep a positive mental attitude on this (as I know how much it helps--having been there a few years ago).
At least you are both keeping very busy, hope your golf doesn't suffer too much as a result.
Best wishes to you both in 2018!
Jimbo
