Fancy a fun filled day of golf at a quality South Wales Golf club for a bargain price whilst supporting a very special charity? Then read on....

Cardiff and Newport SANDS (Stillbirth and neonatal death charity) will be hosting a charity golf fundraising event on the 10th June 2011 at Cottrell Park Golf Club, near Cardiff. All welcome.

The Seren Roberts Memorial Trophy includes 4 ball and single competitions along with nearest the pin and longest drive. The Event also includes evening entertainment comprising 2 course meal, charity auction and raffle.
Prices are £35 for full event, £25 for golf only, or £12 for evening only.

Update on this event on June 10th 2011:-

Places are filling up quickly. Latest indications suggest the evening do/auction will be a sell out, though still some capacity for golfers. The event will be run on a pay to guarentee your place basis, so please be qucik and pay your entrance fee at www.justgiving.com/cardiffsandsgolf to secure your place.

We have 40 golfers so far attending, and have secured sponsership for the longest drive (The suncare shop www.thesuncareshop.com/ ) and nearest the pin (General Communications www.gencomms.co.uk ), so freebies to all and some more cracking prizes. At £25 for the golf competition, or £35 for the whole day, surely an event not to be missed.
