It's a relatively new option at our course and time/stats will tell if it's fair but personally I like it. We have some older and some disabled players who physically cannot reach some fairways from the back tees so telling them they cannot use another measured tee might be construed as...
I was lucky enough to be invited as a guest at a society day at Wentworth a few years ago, one player got a HIO & was made to buy champagne for everyone on the verandah & there were plenty :-0
I have the 0211 & V impressed. Was fitted for it & the fitter got it bang on, best driver I've had. The pro I saw tried to get me into a stiff shaft that even I know wasn't suitable.
The retards that screwed the pro shop at my old club spent 20 mins trying to get the ancient but large flat screen tv off the wall ignoring the rack of Scotty's & the latest TM & Mizuno drivers etc until they were disturbed & ran off empty handed :-)
I saw it 3 weeks ago, some ejit left a rake propped up against the rear edge of a bunker and a players ball dropped in then was stopped by the rake approx 18 inches from the steep rear wall. Impossible shot, the player had to come out sideways.

Broke mine (along with lots of other bones) racing motorbikes in the 90's. No probs at all now. Oh and get a bike with disc brakes, they're a world ahead.
I had a manual Mk1 & now have an auto Mk2, yes it definately takes a while to get used to it but before long you'll find it trundling along next to you on it's own.
