Have you got any handicap targets for the year.

Have you got any competitions your targeting this year.

Have you got any particular comp or "open" you have your mind set on.

My handicap target is 5.
I have my sights on the K of K final at Hillside having played the course twice now
I feel a lot more confident I can play it better.
Would love to have a run at HFH also.
Whats yours?

Would like to get back to Cat 1 again - hopefully my recent form can continue and i can get even lower

Continue to play well at away courses

Looking forward to comps at Burnham and RND plus society days around Surrey

The two main highlights for me this year will be Royal Liverpool and H4H

And the biggest target - Beat Pokerjoke in our H4H challenge :whoo:

After having my swing ripped to bits by a Cat 1 player yesterday (in a constructive way), I need to work on my hips which are way too fast apparently!
Oh, and try not to kill anyone with a wild tee shot at my next comp :D

Want to get down to 14, which will put me in division 1 at my club. Didn't really play a lot last year so thats getting changed this year.
Played to 15 over yesterday, albeit in a bounce game, so although its a big ask the potential is there.

Mine is the same as ever - an attempt at single figures

I now have the chance to play at least one extra round a week and do more practice. My new clubs, whilst a club length shorter are straighter, and my driver is behaving well, all I need now is a short game practice and also rediscover my putting and I feel it's the most consistant I've struck the ball at the start of the season ever.

Handicap target from 13.7 down to 11.4
competition wise Im targeting our Spring Vase, a 36 hole comp in May which I won last year
short term target is getting rid of the shermans which have recently arrived

My goal for this year is to bag enough pro shop voucher cash to change irons (loving the new Srixon blades) at the end of the season, or at least the major chunk of it.

Decent start yesterday with, around, £55 for the first Medal of the year.

target is to more than half my h/cap- confidence is good, just need to concentrate and improve putting and driving. Havent played since October but read a lot on my issues.

Now I have regular playing partners after a year of playing on my own with no handicap hopefully get my handicap sorted(Which should be around 10) and get into single figures and get in the mix for a win.

To play as much as possible. Have only played twice since getting married last year, and with a new baby on the way there wont be much time for golf towards the end of the year.

Dropped 3 shots in the handicap last season, so would be happy with a repeat and get down to 15, although my target is 14.

Looking to get on the scoresheet this term also, and win a club competition.

1) to play to my hcp - should be possible!
2) to play under my hcp - it's been creeping up for the last 2 years but with recent lessons I think I can stop the rot.
3) to get back to the 15 hcp I was a couple of years ago....

4) to get lower than that !

Once my hcp is 14, I have promised myself new irons!

To play at least once a week, got my irons sorted now need to sort a driver to replace "ole faithful" that bit the dust a month or two back (driver I've got at the moment ain't playin ball) need to work on my putting and last but not least need to get meself an official handicap !...
