Your Own Course Ranking List

Anyone done this for the courses they've played?

I was bored yesterday so I thought I'd try to list all the courses I've played. Then when I'd done that I thought it would be a good idea to try to rank them into some sort of order.

It was harder than I thought it would be. The hardest part was trying to ignore reputation, but even though I knew I was doing it I still allowed it to happen.

So, anyone else done it?
Was it just gut feel, or points for different factors then total them up, or something else?

Don't keep any records on courses I play other than keeping a scorecard and my memory isn;t good enough to recall. So in answer - no I don't. I couldn't even tell you the best course I've played becuase I don't remember it.

I keep a list of courses I've played but I dont rank them. If I did, the top 6 or so would be very good tracks but I think it would tail away and be a mish mash of similar type courses in the middle.

I am a more global golfer, thus my list reads
Austria 75, Czech Republic 2, Germany 9, England 10, France 2, Ireland 12, Italy 14, Scotland 10, Slovenia 1, South Africa 16, Spain 21, Tunesia 4, Turkey 2, USA 4, Wales 5

My top 3: Trallee, Wild Coast Sun, St. Andrews Jubilee

I've not played many top tracks but a few of my favourites would be:

Hillside, the Grove, Beau Desert, the Arden, 2010, Kedleston Park, the Brabazon
