Christmas, I hate flippin Christmas.

It means seeing the outlaws, the rest of the familly, no drinking (only day of the year), no golf, being polite, dressing up, crap, it's rubbish. Was ill one year, wife went off to the outlaws, I had a miraculous recovery (genuine) and went out on my mountain bike. Best Christmas yet.

Food: Any. Sprouts are ok.
Music: Anything not happy clappy Christmas, so probably Pogues fairy tale of new york.
Film: Don't really watch telly over Christmas.

Food? The full works including turkey, pigs in blankets, garlic roast tatties, ditto parsnips, sprouts, etc, etc. And, I always cook it.

Drink? I'll open a bottle of merlot or barollo about 12.30 while I'm cooking just to ensure that it breathes. Have to make sure that it's ok by 1.00. 1.15, not too warm is it? 1.30, aah! just right. Ummm, that's nice :)

2.00. Serving up. Sh*t. Where has the wine gone? Got to open a bottle of something red

Music, Film? ........by then, couldn't care less :D :D :D

Least faves, brussels sprouts, look warm beer, in-laws and sitting all day with the bloody dining table in the middle of the living room.
