X100 to kbs stiff

Can someone please give me a rough idea of the difference between these two shafts please.
I have played both and like both. Currently playing the x100 and get good solid ball flight.

I'm not a shaft expert but I think I remember being told that the KBS launches higher than the X100's

Which KBS shaft?

I'm guessing you mean the KBS Tour. If so, the KBS will be lighter (120g vs. 130g), less stiff (6.0FCM vs. 6.8FCM) and I would expect to hit the ball on a higher trajectory with marginally more spin. The feel of the KBS Tour should be much smoother.

Any reason why you're currently hitting an x-flex well but considering an s-flex?

Was looking at set which have the kbs tour shafts in mate.
Thought the flight would be higher with the softer flex.
Would mean I wouldn't have to get shafts changed though lol

When I got fitted for my irons the DNA had me requiring either the X-100 or KBS Tour X-Stiff. I hit the ball high anyway so went with the X-100. Both shafts hit a similar back spin, but the KBS launched higher.
