X box

Evening all,
After a bit of help for anyone who is a whizz on X box.

Basically one of my sons is on X box the other Ps5, they have both bought and downloaded Fifa 23. Unfortunately when they both try to play it comes up with you have been logged off due to being on another console, I believe the issue is they both have the same origin account on their consoles. This wasn't a issue last year with fifa but this year it is.
How do I get rid of the origin account on the x box and set up a new one? Also will the new one work with the game he has already downloaded.

Hi mate,

I had a similar issue when loading up my FIFA 23 with my account being linked to an old "locked account"

The only people who can remove the link are EA themselves - I went through the help centre "live chat" and they resolved the issue for me!
