would clubs for 2003 be a waste of money?

im just about to go look at a set of titleist 762 dci's steel shafts but they are from 2003. good deal at £75 if in good condition.

but would i be putting my self at a disadvantage by buying them.

im currently using a set of graphite bay hills from 2002 i think. so would i notice any difference or would it just be a waste of money??

yeah thats what i was thinking, both sets are cavity back so in that respect it would probs be the same but the steel shaft would benefit me.

Nothing wrong with the heads I guess, clean em up an they should be more than OK.

Worst thing is you need to get them regripped AND reshafted. Best case scenario is the grips last the rest of the season I guess.
