A shorter person generally needs clubs with a flatter lie, not shorter.
My wife is 5ft3,(or so she says) and her clubs are MDGolf standard ladies with pink graphite shafts.
My eldest daughter is 5ft2, she plays with standard mens steel shafted Pings, just with a slightly smaller grip.
