Had a bad run late Fall and went from 6.2 to the current 8.0

Random to carry the 5 iron but no 6 or 7. Is that because you use it for punching low out of the trees?

Need a new 58 degree wedge (Vokey's are nearly 10 years' old)

The Rogue 3HL may get swapped for a 17 degree Callaway UW as I've traditonally always hit a Hybrid better than a farway wood and rarely need the addtional distance a FW can deliver for me.

Yep. Come out of trees low, or even just an easy safety shot.....I can't keep my wood/hybrid low very easy. I might start carrying again since I'm tired of picking up an incredibly dirty trolley.....then I adjust the bag for about 8-10 clubs. I probably made a mistake with getting the 11 wood, a 9 wood would have been about perfect.....that might be part of a buying frenzy come Spring.

I bought a Cleveland 588 SW 56d earlier this year for £2.70.
And a Cleveland Classics 691 58d wedge at same time, same price, same ebay seller.
Both great clubs.

I have two clubs that I bought brand new.
Ben Sayers Opel Line 1 putter - £25 in 1989. A Ram tour grind 64d wedge bought sometime in the 1990s for £39.

And a set of Ping irons G10 3 and 4, i10 5-PW bought in 2008 - can't remember price - I had enough pro-shop credit to cover it. Might sell these next year.
That is all my remaining "purchased brand new" clubs.

The only clubs have ever bought brand new are the TM R7, a callaway warbird, the Cleveland wedges and a lovely handmade wooden driver…. My TM spoon and 5 wood have titanium shafts in which was going to be the next big thing after steel whilst graphite was still being played with…

Err, some clubs I think…but my curiosity has me wondering which Titliest the driver is, and is there something between 3 wood & 5 iron.

And if I was betting on the bag I’d have lost money. It’s a PowaKaddy.

The driver and 3 wood perform exceptionally well. The 5 wood isn’t great, and the irons give very little feedback(dead). I wonder if that’s typical of the hollow design, or maybe I’m not working the shafts, KBS taper(stiff), very well. The 56* is excellent but to be fair, Vokeys have never let me down. The putter is a good, old friend.
