Willett

He's been caught swearing on camera two weeks running :mmm:

Big fan of him here. Young lad from Sheffield angle appeals to me highly. Ever since I watched him put in a good show at The Masters I've been impressed. Seems to like the links as well.

As for the swearing, that doesn't bother me. Sure he's not the only one who does it and if he lets out a couple whilst in the zone then perhaps broadcasters should be aware and not go to live audio. Didn't hear the latest so can't comment on that instance but at The Open it was after a heated moment as he was walking between shots, not really essential to hear any ball contact etc. Could almost have predicted it happening.

For me him and Andy Sulivan are the up and coming to replace Westwood and poulter.

Defo a shout for the Ryder cup.

And for me there's nothing wrong with the passion... They probably all swear just don't always get picked up on camera.

So what if he swears. I know the tour has a code of conduct and he'll probably get a warning. Will be interesting to see him in the RC

I can't help thinking the reaction would be different if we were talking about a certain Mr Woods?

Not that I have a problem with it whoever it is, if you're gonna stick a microphone in the face of a top level sportsman when he's trying to win you have to accept there might be the odd obscenity.

I agree with this.

Matt Fitzpatrick showing some of his talent for 2nd too - maybe settling into the Pro life now.
